Could humans survive and have children there? Harvey will explore these questions and describe the technology necessary needed. Ethical issues will also be explored. \n\n\n\nDr. Harvey Joanning is Emeritus Professor at Iowa State University and an Adjunct Professor at USA in the Department of Psychology and College of Education. He is licensed as a Psychologist and Marriage & Family Therapist. He has been a consultant for NASA and the U.S. Department of Defense.
